On Wednesday night (6-9pm) we will gather at a restaurant called:  MainCourse  845-255-2600, 175 MAIN STREET NEW PALTZ, NY 12561

People will no doubt arrive on a rolling basis; they arrive when they arrive.

Directions from Americas Best Value Inn:

Come out of the hotel, turn right, at the traffic light turn left (onto Main Street), past 2 more traffic lights, MainCourse will be on the right. The restaurant has its little parking lot, and street parking available on both sides of the road.
